The cue tip is precision-machined in eight individual steps to ensure absolute flatness. It is finished with a plastic ferrule that includes a lifetime warranty. The tip leather is sourced from African buffalo and naturally tanned over a period of four years, followed by specific conditioning tailored for billiard play. Cue weight is adjusted based on customer specifications. Prior to lacquer application, the cue is treated with a specialized moisture barrier agent that stabilizes the internal humidity of the wood. This prevents deformation or delamination of the cue components, which could otherwise result in unwanted vibrations or rattling sounds during play. Custom manufacturing lead time is 3 to 6 months.
